Dear sir,
We are from Prostech Asia, solution provider in specialty material and dispensing in Singapore, Vietnam, Phils, Malay and Thailand, key approved vendor of Leading manufacturing customer such as Luxhare, foxconn, jabil, panasonics, xppower, etc
We are looking for strategic partner in silicone for the application: coating, potting, sealant and encapsulants and want to get some your quotation and sample for some initual project to qualify
I would start with my first inquiry to get you the idea
Product: copper coil (assembled into water heater air valve)
Monthly usage: 150 littres
Main requirements:
-For moisture and corrosion protection
-Protect copper from hydrogen sulfide, H2S and corrosion
-Helps prevent corrosive gases and vapors and liquids
-Comprising a luminescent compound for inspecting the coating under ultraviolet light.
-The tack free time is about 2-3 minutes and can be cured at room temperature.
Copper coil and external oxide layer will corrode over time and affect product quality. The coating helps to prevent and reduce the contact between H2S and copper coil and reduce corrosion
