In order to substitute the PVC ink people now use, which pollutes environment, we developed theenvironment friendly silicone ink, which does no harm to human body.When test and destroy ester of phthalate acid of PVC INK, producing outburst material will cause environmental problems. So PVC ink products are prohibited to use in America and Europe. The silicone ink our company produced is developed based on safety design.The silicone ink will be adhered on textile fiber well after being cured and forms elastomer of silicone . Therefore, it is its merit that it produce high tear strenth, which will create high quality printing effect.It is difficult for the silicone ink we now using to fluidity and cure quickly. So there are a lot of problems during application. However, the silicone ink our company produced not only makes up forthese shortcomings, but alsoactivates the merits of heat resistance, recovery capacity, flexibility, velvet, resistance to oil,solvent,and other chemical etc, which are only possessed by silicone elastomer. That turns the harm to human body caused by the organic solvent into environment friendly, innoxious ink, which become highest quality textile elastic silicone ink.

Properties |
1. Fine heat resistance and resistance to oil,solvent,and other chemical etc . Ironing or dry cleaning won’t lead to damage to silicone surface.
2. The printing surface is velvet, soft and flexible, as well as excellent recovery capacity.
3. Fine flexibility and high tear strenth .
4. Curing time can be adjusted by the relief of curing agent and curing temperature.
5. After blending the curing agents, the potlife will be prolonged, which could decrease the loss of ink. So the operating capacity is fine.
6. Could well adhere with polyester fiber and nylon cloth, which could be applied to flexible swimming clothes and other cloths that need high flexibility.
7. Could adjust the fluidity. If delete the fluidity, limitless printing surfaces could be piled. Let the edge of the printing face be a right-angle, which could not only improve printing brilliance, but also conveniently adjust the printing operation after the fluidity is adjusted well.

TSL101:The TSL101of silicone ink is mainly used for printing on the sock for Anti-Slip.
TSL101(T):The TSL101(T)of special product silicone ink is used for printing on the sock for Anti-Slip,but it is not out of oil form solidify when after curing.
