Prepare methods |
1.The CAT-BS0 is curing agent for silicone ink.Our Recommend mixing ratio 2~5phr.According to the factory,each different temperature cure condition can add to 10phr.
2. The curing agent should be mixed evenly. Please mix the walls and floor of the blending trunk. If the curing agent isn’t mixed properly, some parts won’t be cured.
3. In order to decrease the viscosity , you can use the thinner within 10phr (ET-SX10, ET-SX100). If you use too much thinner, the abrasiveness, durability and adhesion force will be weakened. So it must be used after being tested.

Drying methods |
1. According to different thickness of silicone ink, the curing time is also different. When the CAT-BS0 use, it is possible to use 2~5phr considering cure time and work time. When needing to cure urgently, the CAT-BS0 add more 10phr can be used. As reducing the working time, silicone ink on screen mesh will concrete together.
2. Without using add more CAT-BS0, increasing temperature also can reduce curing speed.
3. In order to improve operating efficiency, when printing with several layer in summer and winter, pleasechoose proper quantity of curing agent, according to original print and final print operation situation.
4. When the room temperature is 25oC(humidity 50%), room temperature cure can not be carried out within 24 hours.

Additives |
Thinner: Liquid state of colorless and transparence, use (ET-SX10, ET-SX100) it under 10phr when reducing the viscosity. When using ET-SX10 and ET-SX100 with equal amount, the viscosity of ET-SX10 will be lower.
Thixo additive: Liquid state of colorless and transparence, it can form grease state adding 0.5phr of it.
Curing agent: According to curing time,general mixing ratio is 2~5 phr when needing to fast cure,the CAT-BS0 add more 10 phr can be used.
Color master batch: Using it when needing various colors.
The prolonging agent for working time: Adding 1-2phr of it, the keeping time can be prolonged to long time.

Keeping methods |
1. Please keep it in shady and cold place, preventing from direct shining of sun and damp.
2. Please keep it in shady and cold place, preventing from metamorphism caused by the curing
agent of CAT-BS0。 |
Caution |
1. Contacting with phosphorus acid composite or sulfur composite, or containing the part, it may not be well cured.
2. Different pigment cannot cause well cure, so please use the pigment or our company’s color master batch after beingtested.
3. Notice to prevent from falling off, when conveying or holding objects when silicone ink adhered to glove can cause velvet.
4. Non-chemical treatment, so do not use it in human body.
5. Silicone ink cannot be mixed with other INK to use.
6. The operation can be carried out after checking the adhesion force and effect, etc. to the materials needed to be printed.
7. When repairing printing tools, please use xylene or organic solvent to wash them.
8. Keep it out of children’s reach.
9. It is the users responsibility to test before the use due to the possibility of color transfer to other fabrics. |

Material that causes problems
Platinum cure silicone can be inhibited (prevented from curing) if it comes in contact with certain materials.
For proper cure, avoid the following materials:
TIN CONTAINING COMPOUNDS
Condensation cure silicones
SULFUR CONTAINING COMPOUNDS
Latex gloves or tubing
Wood
Natural Rubber
PVC (plasticized)
Neoprene rubber
NITROGEN CONTAINING COMPOUNDS
Epoxy/amine cure materials
Other materials which have been found to inhibit the cure of
two-compound addition cure silicones:
- Dow Corning630 protective coating
- Dow Corning3110,3111,3112,3116,and 3120 RTV silicone rubber cured with Dow Corning |

- RTV catalysts S,F, or H; cured seven days at room temperature (Dow Corning 3110,3111,3112,3116, and 3120 RTV silicone
rubbers cured with Dow Corning RTV catalyst S,F, and H at temperature plus 4 hrs at 150∑C do not inhibit cure.)
